[NFBO-Linn-benton] disregard "November minutes"

Hello again,

 

It looks like I've run into another sending out the minutes glitch. The Nov
minutes attachment that I just sent out is really another copy of the Jan
minutes. Just delete it.  I don't know right now what's happened to the Nov
22 minutes, but I sent out a second copy before the Feb meeting, so you all
have it already anyway.

Sorry for any confusion here.
