[NFBO-Springfield] USS Older Americans Day on May 6th

We have been approved for a table at USS Older American Days at the Clark County Fairgrounds on Tuesday, May6th! So far, it is myself, Dave, and Pat Banaszak manning the table. We have room for one more person if anyone is interested. We have the new business cards and I'm printing flyers. We have plenty of logo magnets and stickers and Smarties. We are also getting a basket partially donated from Bone a Fido dog bakery. We'll need to add a gift card to make the total the requested $50 by USS.
Please let me know asap if you want to help man the table. The vendor approval and information is below.

Event Details:

  *   Location: Clark County Fairgrounds, Arts & Crafts Building
  *   Sponsor Setup: 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM
  *   Doors Open to the Public: 9:30 AM
  *   Resource Fair Closes: 11:30 AM
  *   Sponsor Transition to Help Serve Lunch: 11:30 AM
  *   Lunch Service Begins: 11:30 AM
  *   Older Americans Day Program Begins: 12:00 PM
  *   Raffle & Clean-Up

Arrival and Setup: When you arrive, USS volunteers will be stationed at the main doors with carts to assist you in transporting your materials and guiding you to your table. We kindly ask that you park your vehicle away from the building before 9:00 AM to reserve prime parking for our attendees. Please ensure your table is set up by 9:15 AM.
As a Sponsor, Please Note:

  *   Table Setup: You’ll be provided with an 8-foot table and 2 chairs. Feel free to bring a tablecloth and any materials (literature, swag) to represent your organization.
  *   Lunch Volunteers: If possible, please plan to help serve lunch. Let us know how many people from your group will attend so we can include them in our lunch count. Volunteers will eat after the guests are served.
  *
Door Prize Baskets: Please bring a gift card or door prize basket with a minimum value of $50. A volunteer will take your donation to a table by the stage. Don’t forget to attach your business card and note of contents taped securely to the basket. Our Emcee will be reading a list of contents to the crowd and read the donors name to the crowd to give recognition!
  *   Ticket Giveaways: To avoid confusion with the raffle tickets (USS will use peach-colored tickets, RSVP will use yellow), we ask that you refrain from bringing ticket giveaway items for your table.
