Holiday Greetings NFB Friends and Family,
This is the time of year when not being near friends and family is the
hardest, at least for me! So, we are doing as much as we can to make this
event one to remember. Here's the deal!
Three lucky winners will receive a door prize. In order to have your name
put in the bucket, we just need you to share something. No judgements about
the sharing, just needs to be something that has meaning for you! For
example, you might a -
* Sing a song
* Play an instrument
* Share a personal story
* Tell an appropriate joke
* Read a poem written by you or someone else
* Share a tip on how to do something
* Share your recipe for the special something you are eating during
the party.
* Incidentally, We hope you will enjoy a special food while you attend
our party. Popcorn would definitely be appropriate as we will be watching "A
Charlie Brown Christmas," audio described! .
Whatever you choose to do, your name will be placed in the hat for the
drawing. If you have something that needs to be played, if possible, send
your recording to Brian Blair at brian at polarblairs.com

In case you've forgotten.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
