Greetings to All,

 

I am thankful for the friendships I have developed over the years with so
many of our attendees. You all enrich my life in so many ways. It is
impossible to believe that we are almost to the end of yet another year.
Thank you for participating and for those who haven't yet joined us on Zoom,
I hope you will take this opportunity to join us for the three planned
support group in November. The instructions for joining will follow the list
of topics. If joining through Zoom seems daunting, please call me and we
will figure out the best way for you to join with us. 

 

Support Groups for November 2021:

*      Wednesday, November 10 1:00, open discussion around vision loss and
coping strategies. This is also the time to share your thoughts about what
you would like us to cover. The more the merrier!

*     Wednesday, November 17 1:00, Freya Anderson will join us to talk all
about the Alaska Talking Book program. Yes, it used to be in Anchorage but
just because it is no longer here doesn't mean it no longer exists. It is
alive and well. Thank you, Freya. 

*     Wednesday, November 24 1:00, What would November be without the
opportunity to kick back and share Thanksgiving recipes, traditions and just
chat about what we're thankful for. We hope you can come to share and learn!
