Greetings to All,

 

Hoping you are staying well in these difficult times. Our Support groups
this month include one in person outdoor activity and the other two will be
on Zoom. So, keep reading and we hope to have you join! 

*         Wednesday, September 8 1:00, Fall prevention, never more important
than now! With the current dire shortage of hospital beds, staying well and
avoiding injuries is so important.  

*         Wednesday, September 15 1:00, Come with us and take a walk through
the Botanical Gardens. The address is 4601 Campbell Airstrip Road in
Anchorage. Please arrive at the Gardens at 12:45 to begin the activity at
1:00. Cost is $10.00 per person. If this fee is difficult, we are happy to
help. Please call Bonnie for assistance. The phone number is below.

*         Wednesday, September 22, to be announced! We are checking into a
couple of informative presentations so plan to join and be pleasantly
surprised.
