Hello Friends, Here is some information that some of you may be interested in and can give support to. Please read the below information carefully and you are welcome to attend. Kimala, who has spent many years serving blind and print disabled infants and toddlers is quite passionate about this topic. She will truly appreciate anything you can offer. I am in New York and the lateness of the hour here makes it too late.

Regards,

Bonnie

I quote Kay Ferell in my advocacy. Here she is talking about the role of the consumer in this endeavor. You especially will like and understand it. I was looking for one of her papers called promises to keep and found her interview at NFB.

My mother in law is excited about the Ukraine music fundraiser with NFB. W le donated and hope to be able to find a way to get her technology up to speed so she can steam it from her assisted living home. She said to say thank you to you. I sent her the email.

Thank you for sticking by me as a kind person during these hard days. I have appreciated it. Tonight hopefully 3 representatives show up and do something. We need a Non biased place for parents to get access to info. It could have NFB parent info cause it wouldn't be bound by education rules even.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.
