Hello,

There is still one last day to vote early for the primary election which
will be held on Tuesday August 16. . If you would like to visit with
Elizabeth Johnson about your voting experience, or if you think it would be
helpful to have someone witness your experience, please call this number:
202-598-3300.

*	I have also included some information to help you as you vote. your
particular polling place may not be open until election day which is Tuesday

*	To use the accessible voting machine, Linda Newman from Juneau has
sent the following link that describes the machine and walks through using
it to vote:

If you are not sure where to vote, you may type in your address at the
following link. Once you have clicked on it, just arrow down until you get
the field where it says type in your address. If you type in the address,
without the city, you can arrow down until you get to your city. You don't
need to put in the apartment number. Hit enter or space on the search
button. When I did it the first time, it found it immediately and I just
arrowed down once or twice. The second time, it said there was no address
but in about a minute, it was there. Click here

Here is what you will be voting for.

*	The person who will fill the remainder of Rep. Don Young's seat,
serving from September to January 2023. That is the only vote that is a rank
choice election. This means that you will rank three candidates. To learn
more about "rank choice voting," click here

https://alaskansforbetterelections.com/2022-statewide-elections-information/

*	All other contests will require only one choice. They include:

*	US Senate

*	Alaska Governor

*	Alaska Senate

*	Alaska State House

Remember, with the state house and senate, throughout the state, candidates
will be different depending on your district.

Other initiatives and judges will be on the November ballot.

If I have made any errors with my description, please feel free to correct
me.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
