You are invited to attend our first meeting of 2022. We are looking forward
to a fun and informative meeting. In lieu of an in person meeting in
Anchorage, we will once again have a Zoom meeting. Our board is sad about
this but, on the bright side, we hope that many throughout the state will
join us.
There will be:
* Jokes, jokes and more jokes. If you have a joke, you are welcome and
encouraged to bring it to share.(Clean of course)
* Information and discussion about blindness and low vision topics and
how the NFB fits into this important discussion
* A word search/spelling game
* Introductions and getting to know those who have not participated
before, and
* One or more door prizes!

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
