After a great youth Spring Break program, we are ready for our support
groups in March. Hope you are doing well and ready to talk about the
importance of being physically fit as we grow older. Much has been written
about children needing to exercise, and now there is stunning evidence that
continuing to exercise throughout our older years is vital. So join us and
let's talk all about what we can do to stay healthy in our movements. If you
