Greetings to All,
If you have not participated in a support group with us in the past or you
have not attended recently, you are cordially invited to join us tomorrow as
we examine a variety of fitness techniques and hints that may help you as
you increase your personal fitness or begin after a long time of not being
very fit. We trust that you will listen to your body as we will be doing a
couple short exercise routines.
You are invited to learn about the following useful sources for people who
are blind or low vision.
* A book: "Your Personal Path To Fitness: Finding What Works For You";
by Judy Dixon and Bonnie O'Day. Sold by the National Braille Press in
several formats including a Word document download as well as on a thumb
drive that will play on a Talking Book Digital player.
