Seminars at Hadley Presents: An Overview of the NVDA Screen Reader 

Date: Wednesday, June 25, 2014

NVDA is a free screen reader used by a growing number of blind and visually impaired people worldwide. Users can access Windows computers via speech and braille output whether at home, at work or on the go. 

Join Seminars at Hadley as Michael Curran, creator and co-lead developer of NVDA, introduces the software and covers its history, philosophy and advantages as well as demonstrates browsing the web, working with documents and much more.

Doug Anzlovar, dean of Educational Programs and Instruction, will moderate this 60-minute seminar. A question and answer session will be included as part of the seminar.

This seminar is an audio presentation. Space in this seminar is limited. Please only register if you know you are available to attend so that others are not closed out.
