For those who are technologically inclined, or for those who want to update their skill set in a practical way, the Federation has released an electronic calendar file containing all special interest events and breakout sessions that are officially a part of #NFB19 in Las Vegas.
This originally was submitted by Martha Harris to the NFB national members' e-mail list that resides on nfbnet.org, but it does not appear to have been forwarded to other NFB-related mailing lists to which I subscribe. .

I know that many of us, including myself, have been in the habit of carrying around large-print or Braille agendas.  Still others have downloaded the National Convention in Microsoft Word form or have listened to narrated portions of the agenda that are available in the
MP3 format.

 But this calendar can be imported, either in part or in whole, into your already-existing Microsoft Outlook calendar or Google calendar, or to the calendaring app that resides on a smartphone or other small connected device.  So a stripped-down version of your NFB Convention schedule can be integrated into the ordinary set of data you carry around in your pocket all the time, anyway.  This could be quite useful for those of us experimenting with Aira, since amid all the confusion this will make it easier for you or an Aira technician to look up what room in the massive Mandalay Bay complex you must go to at any certain time.

I think I will find this extremely useful and hope it works for others, too.  Enjoy.

You can access and subscribe to this calendar from within apps if you want to see the whole convention agenda or not add individual events.

Here is a .ics file with the same events from the Google calendar.
