That is why we are increasing our opportunities for peer support by offering Empower Hours every Tuesday and Thursday at 1 PM, starting this Thursday.
I think we all need a little bit of community support AND self care right now—will you join us on Thursday at 1 PM to hang out online and discuss self care? 💆
