[NFBofSC] Get Fit Session

Good morning to all my South Carolina Federation family members. I’m sending this email out to see who would be interested in running this up coming Tuesday Get Fit Session with Sports and Rec. 

The reason I can’t and need to slow down a little is due to my health. I ended up having to go to the ER yesterday due to a severe abscess that’s in my salivary glands in my neck area and I have a large lump that was drained some what. Doctors told me I need to rest, relax and take all the antibiotics and also need to follow up with the ear nose and throat specialist on Tuesday morning and then that doctor will decide if he’ll take me in for surgery to cut open my neck jaw area to remove the rest or whatever else he decides. So right now health wise I need to miss this Tuesday session. So please email me let me know if anyone would like to run the Get Fit session and any type of ideas they have.
