Attending a Zoom Meeting on a PC with a Screen Reader

Recently, we learned that while many attend our weekly Zoom Presentations, a lot of people are doing this by calling or using the mobile app. This resulted in several requests for tips on attending Zoom presentations on a PC using a Screen Reader. Join Ian Ramos, Mark Schafer, and Zhi Huang from Access Ingenuity as they share tips and different methods on using a keyboard to quickly access popular features on the zoom desktop app.
Learning Outcomes
* Explain the differences between the desktop app and web interface and the benefits of the desktop app while using screen readers.
* Discuss first time set up including downloading and installing the app, first-time prompts, and whether or not you need to sign in for different

Managing Folders, Files, and Drives with a Screen Reader Part 3
Wednesday, October 27, 2021, from 10 am to 11 am PT
Join Ian Ramos and Zhi Huang from Access Ingenuity as they explain the File Explorer interface of Windows 10 and provide many examples and tips to manage your folders, files, and drives. Although this is Part 3, attendees would still benefit from this even if they didn’t attend Parts 1 and 2.
Learning Outcomes
* Provide more explanations and examples on how to work with the Tree View and ListView and how they affect each other.
* Show practical examples for previously introduced methods to rename, select, cut, copy, paste, and delete files and folders.
* Demonstrate how to manage drives such as an SD Card for the Victor Reader, and how to work with syncing folders like OneDrive and Google Drive.
