[NFBofSC] Dorothy Barksdale passes

On behalf of the sports and rec division we send out our condolences to the friends and family. I personally didn’t know her well I’ve only heard of her by name and her voice on meetings. But I am thankful for the birthday cards and the get well cards that she sent out. Rest in peace
