The below research participant solicitation is being provided for informational purposes only. The National Federation of the Blind has no involvement in this research, but we believe that it may contribute to our research mission.

PDF User Survey

Equidox Software Company provides PDF accessibility software and services and is conducting a survey of blind and low-vision adults who are assistive technology users. The goal is to gain information about the real experience of people who use assistive technology to access PDF documents. Tammy Albee, who created this survey, worked at the NFB national office for four years with Scott White, Director of NFB-NEWSLINE.

Ms. Albee now works for Equidox and hopes to submit the results of this survey to the Journal of Blindness Innovation. The information will also be used to advocate for accessibility in government, education, and private enterprise organizations, presented at conferences, and made available on the Equidox website.

The survey has 15 questions and will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. All responses and emails will be kept completely anonymous. If you have questions about this survey, please contact <mailto:Tammy at equidox.co> Tammy at equidox.co. The deadline for participation is November 30, 2022. To learn more about Equidox, please visit <http://www.equidox.co> www.equidox.co.
