	Hello All, 

	On November 28 at 8 PM ET, the Black Elected Leaders, one of the
workgroups of the National Association of Black Leaders, a proud
division of the National Federation of the Blind will have a program
on the history of the National Federation of the Blind. Our guest
speaker is Paul Howard, who has held many leadership roles in the
Federation including President of the NFB of Indiana from 1991-97 and
member of the NFB of California Board of Directors from 2018-20. Part
I of our program will cover highlights of our history from 1940-1986.
All Federationists are invited to attend.
