[NFBofSC] Fake E-mails Again

Good Afternoon All,

 

I have been contacted by several people recently stating that they received
fake e-mails again from someone pretending to be me. Thank you all for
identifying these e-mails and taking no action other than to let me know.

 

As a reminder, I will never send an e-mail to anyone in the organization
requesting that you take care of something that requires electronic funds to
be transferred. All of this is handled at the treasurer, assistant treasurer
and president's level.

 

If you check the actual e-mail the fake message was sent from, it will be
easy to identify it as fake.

 

I appreciate your continued vigilance against people who only want to take
from others.
