[NFBofSC] Heartfelt Thanks to Janice Smith

On behalf of the NFB of SC State Board and the Rocky Bottom Board, we extend
our heartfelt thanks to Janice Smith for her years of service on these two
boards. Janice chose not to run for re-election to either board.  That does
not mean her voice will not be heard. She will continue to do what she can
to help promote our affiliate and Rocky Bottom as we all should.  Janice was
one of the first people who welcomed me to the Federation when I became a
member in the early 90s.  She has been involved in convention planning for
many years. So many things we have benefitted from and never knew she was
the one who made it happen. Her quiet strength is something we can all
appreciate and thank her for. I am glad she is part of our Federation
Family!
