Bus customers: please complete a brief survey

RTA asks all bus customers to take this brief customer satisfaction
survey, available through May 6. We’re participating in a nationwide
research program with the American Bus Benchmarking Group, and your
responses provide a measure of customer service and identify areas in
need of improvement.

Root for the home team with RTA

Between the Indians’ eleven consecutive home games (April 24–May 2)
and the Cavs in the playoffs, there’s a lot to cheer for. To come
downtown for all the fun, ride any Rapid line to Tower City. Then, use
the Walkway: it’s a short walk to Progressive Field, and if you’re
headed to The Q, you don’t even need to go outside.
