[NFBOH-Cleveland] Reminder for the Popcorn Fundraiser

Cleveland,

 

I am providing you with a list of the popcorn and their item number. Please
put your name at the top of your form and select the popcorn by item number.


 

For example, if someone orders 

Buttery Caramel, you would put the item number for it; which is F850  for
$10, size ½ bag. However if they order Buttery Caramel, item  F800, which is
for $15 for a 1 gallon bag, that is what you would enter.

 

Again, list the selections, by item number with your name, telephone number
at the top of the form so that your orders will be identified.

 

All funds and orders are due by the date of our Cleveland Chapter meeting.
