Invite you to attend: An Informational Seminar

The National Federation of the Blind of Ohio (NFBOH) Cleveland Chapter,
would like to invite you to a RoundTable, to learn about programs and
services for blind Ohioans, that are administered by various providers
across Northeast Ohio. All networks will offer insight on their specific and
inter-related services for blind children, blind adults, blind seniors and
persons with various disabilities. 

 

The segments will focus on the untapped group of disabled employees,
students transitioning from school to work, and Ohio's older blind
population. Highlighted topics includes eligibility processes, information
and referrals, accessible technology with supportive training,
rehabilitation services and statistics on nutrition. Equal access to voting
will be discussed as well.  

 

This event is open to Ohio citizens who have concerns and wish to learn
about tools, technology, adaptive aids and other products and services for
the blind. The National Federation of the Blind provides encouragement and
support to families and to people who are losing vision or have become blind
later in life, by bringing them into a network of tens of thousands of blind
people who are living full lives and who can serve as mentors and role
models. You can live the life you want! We do hope that this conference will
be a benefit to you and your supportive circle.
