Present: Are You an Implementor or an Enabler?

 

On Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 7:00 PM. EST. the Ohio Employment and
membership Committees will end 2023 and look forward to 2024 by learning
about how members can improve their skills and abilities.

 

We invite all to come and learn about these two types of leadership styles
"Implementers and Enablers" that are needed for organizations and businesses
to take action, accomplish goals and maintain success.

 

So come and explore:

. What is an Implementer and Enabler in employment, and in a leadership
style?

. What things should you keep in mind if you are an Enabler?

. What is the difference between a good Enabler and a bad Enabler?

. Where do you fit?
