The 2024 Theme Celebrates

"Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion."

 

"This theme recognizes women who understand the need to eliminate bias and
discrimination from individuals' lives and institutions."

 

Join the Ohio affiliate as we host Karla Gilbride, Disability Rights
Attorney, General Council U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
(EEOC) and Ronza Othman, Director, Office of Equal Opportunity and Civil
Rights, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for an influential, and yet
candid conversation on advocating for social change, the critical role of
inclusivity and the work to "dismantle systemic barriers" kicking down walls
as blind women.
