Cleveland,

If you are attending the National Convention, here is the form to complete.
Please understand that funds are limited and so you can elect what your cost
will be to apply for assistance. Make a request to President Payne for
either assistance with either the hotel, airfare, food and so on. It will be
a supplement to your financial cost.

Also, you must indicate how you participate with the federation and what you
hope to gain from the convention. There are mandatory provisions that you
must do if you are granted assistance. If you need help with the form,
please email or call me.
