[NFBOH-Cleveland] Update on Texas V. Kennedy

Ohio,

 

During the New Toledo meeting, the question was asked “how many states are left in the Texas V. Kennedy Lawsuit:, since Louisianna has pulled out?

 

I knew that Florida and Texas were still involved, and I explained that I would research to ensure if there were more states present.

Hi Suzanne, thank you for reaching out. My Understanding is the only states left are Alaska, Florida, and Texas.  Missouri , Louisiana, and Montana have pulled out recently. We Will be having an article about this in the Braille monitor Early access addition, very soon.
