[NFBOK-Talk] Central Oklahoma Chapter meeting

Greetings to all in the OKC metro area! You are invited to join us!

 

The Central Oklahoma Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind will
meet this Friday, January 12, 2018 at 7 pm. The meeting will be held at Will
Rogers Gardens Exhibition Center, Room 1 located at 3400 NW 36th Street in
Oklahoma City. Topics on the agenda include the upcoming scholarship dinner,
Washington Seminar, upcoming legislative activities at the State Capitol and
more. Hope to see you all there.  In addition to the business meeting we
discuss many issues relating to blindness. Come listen to a presentation
about Newsline. An absolutely  FREE service that brings over 400 newspapers
from across the nation, including the Oklahoman and the Tulsa  World, along
with many magazines to your ears via the phone, e-mail or by the Newsline
app. Access to information is crucial in being a part of the world. 

 

Round-trip transportation is available for those living in the OKC metro
area for a cost of $15. Please call Nedra Ruth at 405-601-6751 to make
