Hi Michelle, 
Thank you for sharing this. I also feel like I'm going to fall, especially going down the steeper parts of my rural driveway. I could never lean over from the waist without some accompanying dizziness. When I have to pick something off the floor, I  squat and that works better for me. I guess I'm more balanced over my  legs.
Did you ever get any treatment for it? I'm doing physical therapy - just started, so I'm not sure what they're going to do with me. 
I wonder after what you said about the placement of things and depth perception being off, I get that a lot. I never Associated it with the other symptoms. I'm always laughing at myself, because if I can't find something, it's usually right in front of where I was when I realized I couldn't find it. I just didn't look exactly in front of me.
