Hi Sherry, 
Thank you for sharing this. I get that same feeling like I'm going to tip over if I lean forward, and I do tend to be off to the left or right at various times. it's mostly right for me. I do have some ringing in my ears, but my head feels heavier, not so much lightheaded. It's like I want to shake it and get the cobwebs out of it.
