Project RAY USA, Inc. is currently seeking an Assistive Technical
Specialist in Philadelphia, PA to join our efforts in bridging the
technological gaps to deliver all the benefits of the smartphone
revolution to the visually impaired community! The ideal candidate will
have knowledge of and training in the use of technology and
software/appliances for low vision, blind, and elderly Americans.
Software Techs may also apply provided their experience and knowledge
pertains to Assistive Technology.

As an Assistive Technical Specialist you will:
•Deal with all service issues with Android smartphones and software issues
•Work with prospective customers to help them understand and use the
technology
•Load phones with software
•Provide hands-on support to prospective customers

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday - Flexible hours and the
opportunity to work remotely 1-2 times a week after proven success in
the role!

What you need to be successful in this position:
•Bachelor's Degree in Science required, Degree in Software Engineering
preferred
•5+ years Google Developer experience
•3+ years of experience in Assistive Technology Products & Manufacturing
(Telecom Industry)
•3+ years of Android Software / Apps experience would be very helpful
•Experience loading phones with software
•Experience hiring staff underneath you
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
