[NFBP-Talk] BBVS Position Paper

Hi Jan and all,

On the surface, the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation is not pursuing the merger of BBVS into BVRS, but we should not let down our guard against any step they take in that direction. This position paper is strong evidence that any such merger would be detrimental to Pennsylvanians with vision loss, so we need to equip ourselves with the arguments it makes in order to be prepared with at least an elevator speech when we encounter legislators or anyone with influence over this matter.

Thank you,
Joe

Hi, Joe. Looking forward to reading this. Is there still hope that it will do any good, or have all the mucky-mucks already seen and rejected it?
