Just to add to this: I didn’t want to type to much because I was on my phone.  I think it also depends on the features that are being used and how the instructor presents the content.  I agree with Joe Blackboard is much better than it has been in the past.

 Hi, 

When I last used blackboard with Jaws it worked well for me. I had some accessibility issues but it was because not of blackboard but because of an error that was in the college system. My tech department saw what it was and fixed it then there was no longer an issue.
