Product Manager, Accessibility and Candidate Experience
Job Requirements
We are looking for a curious and motivated Product Manager to join our
team. Product Managers will be working in a high energy, crazy-fun, and
agile team environment. It's fast-paced, and you will have personal
accountability to move your product forward. We're proud to offer

As the product manager of accessibility and personalized career sites
you will be working across our customers and product suite to ensure our
products and customers meet and exceed the Web Content Accessibility
Guidelines (WCAG). This will require you to work closely with customers,
implementation teams, product development, and UI/UX to ensure each
customer's site is optimized for accessibility. In addition to
accessibility you will be responsible for new feature development for
our Candidate Experience, which will require you to work closely with
many teams to gather feedback, propose new features, and deliver them to
our customer base.

Responsibilities
Optimize our sites and products for use by everyone, especially those
with disabilities
Ensure WCAG compliance across the Phenom customer base and product suite
Use industry and product research to analyze trends inside and outside
the recruiting space to drive new product development and the product
roadmap
Responsible for authoring epic level feature requirements as well as
shepherding the story writing process with UI/UX
Work closely with the product engineering team to execute against the
roadmap
Work Experience

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Deep understanding of accessibility testing and the WCAG guidelines
Experience driving projects with many cross-functional teams
Entrepreneurial mindset. Rolling up your sleeves, thriving in chaos, and
able to get stuff done get stuff done (bonus points if you have started
a company in the past)
Preferred Qualifications
IAAP certification (WAS, CPACC, etc)
Experience at a startup/fast paced environment
Knowledge of the recruiting/talent acquisition industry
Experience working with a CaaS (content as a service) infrastructure
Experience working with offshore development teams
