Summary of role:

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sales &
Marketing organization in the operations and achievement of TPG
Interactive’s (TPGi) annual sales plan. In this role, the employee
shall assist in a variety of functions, including the maintenance and
improvement of core information systems (SFA/CRM/Proposal),
streamlining processes and documentation supporting the proposal and
contract development, and assisting sales staff in on-going sales
capture processes, including RFP/RFI response. The Sales Operations
Analyst is also responsible for overseeing all core key performance
indicators and reporting for the Sales organization, the VP of Sales &
Marketing, and TPGi’s General Manager.

Essential Function:

  *   Work seamlessly between Marketing, Sales, and Operations to
streamline sales operation processes and improve sales velocity and
conversion/li>
  *   Build and maintain the Sales & Marketing core Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs) governing departmental success
  *   Curate data across TPGi’s core information systems, including
Salesforce, Hubspot, and Proposify
  *   Build new and maintain existing proposal and contract templates
  *   Assist in assembling Sales’ response to Requests for Information
(RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  *   Support monthly operational processes, including month/quarter
end billing and invoicing
  *   Support Marketing and Sales Development operational processes

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility.

Education/Experience:

  *   Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree/experience
  *   Entry level, 1-3 years in sales or marketing support, sales
operations, or equivalent experience preferred
  *   Exposure to a professional services and/or Software as a Service
(SaaS) solutions environment
  *   Preference for familiarity with the field of accessibility
  *   Experience with various CRM solutions preferred (Salesforce,
Hubspot, Proposify or other)

Work Environment:

This position is remote. 25% travel required.
