CONNECT WITH TECH helps people get free tablets and tech support.
People who have trouble getting technology and health care services may be eligible. 
Do you live in Pennsylvania and need a computer or tablet? You might be able to get a free tablet if some following statements are true: 
• I do not have a computer or tablet. 
• I have limited income. 
• I have a disability. 
• My primary language is not English. 
• I am unable to leave my home easily. 
• I am without housing. 
• My sexuality or gender affects my health care. 
• My size affects my health care. 
• My race is not White or Caucasian. 
• I am Hispanic or Latinx. 
• I live in a place with limited health care. 
 
If approved, you will receive a free tablet. This program can also help you to get on the internet. We have Tech Coaches to help you set up the tablet and learn how to use it. The tablets will help you get connected to various health services: 
• Meeting with doctors online 
• Requesting/ refilling medicine 
• Accessing your health records online 
• Meeting with a therapist 
• Checking in with your family and having them check in with you 
• Scheduling appointments 
Scheduling vaccinations including free Covid-19 vaccines, flu shots and more…
