The Senior Product Marketing Manager will develop and execute
creative, forward-thinking product marketing strategy, internal and
external messaging, plans, and campaigns to achieve technology,
marketing, and sales goals. In this senior role, you will know our
products and become an expert on the accessibility market,
competition, and target audience over time. This will enable you to
create plans, strategies, and campaigns that position our solutions to
solve unique challenges and create new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have
fun shifting between product development and market needs. You have
experience with digital marketing, SAAS, and enjoy everything in
between. You can take something complex and make it simple. You also
have a keen ability to understand the complexities of SAAS
technologies and translate capabilities into compelling value
propositions for internal and external stakeholders.

Our powerful testing, documentation, and collaboration tools are
engineered to make digital accessibility at scale possible. We do not
expect you to have experience in the accessibility space, we will
teach you. You like to collaborate with forward-thinking teams,
including the broader marketing team, product management, product
development, sales, and customer success to develop innovative
programs that drive results. You love what you do and are passionate
about product marketing management and helping people with needed
accessibility at the same time!

Responsibilities:

  *   Learn our solutions inside and out. Use that knowledge to shape
messaging that conveys a differentiated value proposition and benefits
both within our company and to clients.
  *   Work with the product management team to identify target
audience, market challenges, solution positioning and translate that
into a compelling value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
  *   Understand competitive solutions, messages, and value propositions.
  *   Create strategies to effectively manage our teams to support
strategic campaigns.
  *   Develop product marketing plans and GTM campaigns to support
strategic goals for our solutions.
  *   Keep in lockstep with the sales team and development teams to
ensure alignment and collaboration in market facing activities.
  *   Collaborate with product management to lead cross-functional
efforts to support product launches. Coordinate with marketing in
developing marketing launch plans to release new solutions to the
market.
  *   Work with the marketing team to create content that supports our
strategy and campaigns, ensuring consistent communication of
compelling value propositions.
  *   Enjoy being self-directed and self-motivated.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  *   5+ years of SAAS product marketing experience required.
  *   Experience with accessibility would help, but not required.
  *   Ability to think both strategically, tactically, and express it
to the team.
  *   Strong figure it out mentality, creative-thinking,
interpretation and problem-solving skills.
  *   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  *   Self-motivated and works with limited direction.
  *   Organized with ability to follow-up on and manage details.
  *   Team player.
  *   Strong leadership skills.
  *   Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United
States on a full-time basis and be in the eastern time zone.

Education:

  *   Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or
equivalent industry experience.
