Hello All,

I am sorry to give you this sad news that Jim Roth, husband of Lydia Roth,
passed away after a long illness related to his service in Vietnam. Jim was
a member of the United States Airforce. Jim and Lydia were active members
of the Central Maryland chapter for many years. In their time period, we
sold Krispy Kreme donuts in front of Walmart. You could count on Jim and
Lydia to always participate. Jim was very faithful to helping the
deaf-blind, he and Lydia were very active in the deaf-blind division.

If you wish to express your sympathy, you can correspond with Lydia

The National Federation of the Blind of Maryland knows that blindness is
not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Everyday we raise
the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
