Hello everyone!

This month’s Coffee with the President will take place during the PA Affiliate Caucus meeting in Houston!

This meeting will take place:
Monday July 3, 2023
6:15pm ET/5:15pm Central

The Zoom room will open 15 minutes before the caucus, and there will be some simple requests and reminders for this meeting:
1.  There is a waiting room with this zoom meeting
2.  If you can, please have your name appear on your zoom account
3.  We will be taking attendance, and can change your name once in the room
4.  Please note, we have the right to remove anyone from the zoom meeting for any reason
5.  If you know a member who would like to attend but needs assistance calling in, DO NOT RESPOND to this thread - directly email vp2 at nfbp.org and let us know who needs help and contact info
6.  Please remember this is a meeting of the Board, only Board members can vote on items.
