Good evening everyone,

 

I have one correction to the Jigsaw chapter meeting minutes of Saturday, August 3, 2024.  I was not at the Saturday, July 13, 2024 political rally for former President Trump, I said that I lived only about 4 miles from the Butler Farm Show Grounds and could hear the emergency vehicles come through the small town that I live in.

 

My thoughts and prayers go out to the families of Corey Comperatore  and  the 2 people also injured.

NFB of PA jigsaw chapter monthly meeting minutes.
August 3rd, 2024
Particpants: David Miller, Preston Gaylor, Frank Beam, Christine Callahan, Brian Mackey, Lindia Mackey, Chris Westbrook, Emily Gindlesperger
Meeting Start time: 10:08 AM
Round Table:
David has been busy working, and he is ok after the attempt shooting of former president trump a few weekends ago.
Chris enjoyed his time at national connvention with awesome connecting and seminars.
He is still volunteering, will be attending his PA pride festival in Williamsport next weekend.
Preston is having a busy summer with volunteering, and exploring local hangout spots, he was featured on one of the local news stations around the south central PA region for digital accessibility for the disabled.
Frank recently had some tumors removed on august 5th.
Brian has been on the job hunt since june 3rd due to down sizing, and had a great and busy time at national connvention, has been attending other summer events around the bend as well.
Lindia has been busy with conferences, and they atteded a conference that dealt with Brian's eye desease.
Lindia and her husband will be going on a cruise to ireland and scootland at the end of the month.
Christine has been doing well in Delaware.
Emily reported that Angellina has graduated high school, has been doing tech work, and will be attending web development and will be teaching web accessibility guidelines at the local technology center at her high school, she also has received her JAWS certification.
State wise, state connvention will be in Erie at the Amabasdor Coonference center on Peach Street, dates will be from november 7-10, more info will be available on www.nfbofpa.org <http://www.nfbofpa.org> 
No new or old business to report
The presidential release was played.
Meeting adjourned at 11:27 AM
Next meeting will be taking place via zoom at 10 AM on September 7th, 2024.
