is already on it as far as the organization goes. She already has board members, and others willing to help, including other horse trainers interested in training guide horses. She even found a lawyer who is willing to join the new EquineEye.org organization. No. the website is not set up yet.  I will also need a negative coggins test before bringing my horse back to PA. That is what the latest PA equine council laws say on their facebook site.
