My name is Kat Bottner, and I am the first vice president of the Keystone chapter of the National Federation of the Blind of Pennsylvania, although I do not live in Pennsylvania, I live in Delaware, I would be happy to connect with you regarding some of the things you mentioned as I also find it very difficult to cook for one person  I am always up for meeting new people and helping them get connected to services. I want to welcome you to the list and I do hope you're well.
