[NFBP-Talk] legislative updates and information

Hello All,

 

This is the first of two emails for today.  I wanted to give everyone a
heads up that we will be having several legislative alerts coming out within
the next few weeks.  We as blind individuals really need the assistance of
congress to pass the bills that the NFB endorses to improve the lives of
blind individuals.  I will be sending out the updates that I receive from
John Pare and will need your assistance writing our congress people.  The
email will ask that you copy certain people on the message so that we are
able to track who is being contacted.  If anyone is interested in helping me
contact several individuals please contact me so that we can coordinate.  We
want congress to get the message but we need to be consistent in our
strategy.  Please look for emails with information and action steps and
