This meeting will be virtual via Zoom with on-site access at the
Commonwealth Technical Institute at the Hiram G. Andrews Center- Johnstown
in the Multimedia Conference Center (727 Goucher Street, Johnstown). The
public is invited to attend or register for this meeting using the following
