Hello all PA federationists, 
I have been speaking to my vet about going to convention with respects to the screw worm. The state of PA considers the whole state of Texas to be in the zone of possible screw worm infection. If you are going to convention and returning back to PA you will need to do the following prior to coming back into the state.
1 make a vet appointment in Austin the day prior to you leaving Austin 
2you need your rabies certificate and your health  certificate that will need to be having to help your Texas veteran to fill out a medical form for pa 
3you need to know when you gave your dog perdillilio 
4 in order to come back your vet in Texas needs to reach out and get your dog a permit number from PA in order to come back this number is important in order for your dog to come back into the state. Currently there is talk about not needing this number, however, as of now that is not true and you will need this.
4 to get the permit number your vet in Texas will need to call the following number 717-787-4737
