[NFBP-Talk] Question about PA state budget

Hi Friends,
Lots of talk on local news about newly passed state budget & increases to
special ed. Does anyone know how BBVS funding compares to last year?
Especially interested in services for older adults who have long been blind
& want to catch up on tech advancements.
