I hope you all can view/hear this video that was made back in February. Harry, Amelia, Athalie, Heather, Norma and I all speak in it. Its really done very well. Its awesome. We will try to get it up on facebook too. Thank you all for attending that day. There are two quotes one at the beginning one at the end. We will also try to have those written out so you know what it says. Enjoy! Jenny

> Dear Friends of the San Antonio Museum of Art,
>
> You have been the faithful friends of the museum accompanying us down this path of discovery creating and expanding the Multisensory Tours. Your input and ideas have helped us shape and improve the program tremendously.
>
> I am sending an attachment of the Power Point and a link to view the film that we used in our presentation at the National Docent Symposium in Montreal.. Please forward it to any person you think might enjoy it.
>
> In Montreal we did a presentation for museums to promote these types of tours. We know that most European museums offer them, but very few in the United States. We were very well received, had a great interest and many questions from the persons attending our breakout session, who were representing museums from Canada and the US. So let’s hope that something positive comes out of this encounter.
>
> I think you will enjoy the material we shared. Many of you had an active part in the film with opinions and sharp commentaries of great value. Then the power point showed glimpses of how we created the tours, and how we promote and advance them. Our session was called “How to Create, Maintain and Improve Tours for the Visually Impaired”.
>
> Here is the link for the video. It has two versions, either one is complete and with the same content. It lasts 7:35 mins.

>
> Thanks so much from all of us in the program. You are our inspiration, motivation and the reason for this. You always give us much more than what we give you, for sure! And it is a joy touring in your company.
