You can apply for these IT fundamentals courses by joining the youth empowerment program with Texas workforce solutions. I inquired, and I am still able to participate even though I have already received my bachelors degree and I am older than the typical cutoff. Their office is off of Bandera and Hillcrest Drive, to see if you qualify. After taking an assessment, a job case manager will make a determination as to whether or not they will cover tuition. I am seriously contemplating going into the program myself.
