[NFBSATX] San Antonio area survey for members

The board of the San Antonio Chapter is conducting a survey of blind
individuals and their families in the San Antonio area. Please share
this with anybody you think this applies to. The purpose of this
survey is to gather information on subject matter/speakers people
would like us to focus on at our meetings, problems they might have
had with the chapter or suggestions of any kind. It is anonymous but
there is a place to put contact information if you so choose. Again,
this is only for people in the San Antonio area.
