[NFBSATX] Blind Parents Group of the NFB of Texas

I wanted to make the members aware of a new group recently formed in
the NFB of Texas.

The Blind Parents Group was formed by Daniel Martinez and is for those
parents, or those who are thinking of becoming parents, to not only
give support to one another but to actively work towards securing the
rights of blind parents. More information about this group will be
posted.

I attended their meeting at the state convention and believe they are
a great addition to the NFB of Texas.
